We make use of THE COURIER GUY for door to door delivery. If you need to track a parcel, please track on http://www.thecourierguy.co.za/

• Delivery Fee is calculated at checkout. Please use the correct area as the specified area will be used to ship your order. Using the incorrect area suburb will result in your order being delivered to the incorrect address.
• SAME DAY SHIPPING = Orders must be placed before 08h30 to be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 08h30 will be delivered the next working day if you select same day delivery option.
• Delivery excludes weekends and public holidays.
• Orders placed after 08h30 am on a Friday will only be delivered the following business day.

Once an order is placed & paid, we package & hand it over to our courier company as quickly as possible. Although we aim for overnight delivery, we cannot guarantee it.
